Subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law, any legal proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms, the Service, or purchases made through the Service will be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in New York County, New York, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you and Phantom Houseware LLC agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve disputes informally.

A party seeking to raise a dispute should provide the other party with written notice describing the nature of the dispute and the requested resolution.
