Phantom Chef offers free standard ground shipping on eligible orders shipped within the contiguous United States.

Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or other destinations outside the contiguous United States unless expressly stated otherwise.

Promotional free-shipping offers may be subject to additional terms, exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, or geographic restrictions.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 2-7 days after the order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional events, periods of unusually high order volume, inventory delays, or other circumstances.

Once your order ships, you will generally receive a shipping confirmation containing available tracking information.
