At this stage, Phantom Chef is an online retailer and doesn’t have a storefront.

What forms of payment do you accept at Phantom Chef?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Amazon Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.


What’s your refund policy if I’m unhappy with my Phantom Chef product?

Please consult our Refund Policy before requesting a refund. We do not accept refunds for change of mind.


Do you offer Phantom Chef gift cards?

We do not currently offer gift cards. However you can mark your purchase as a ‘Gift’ at checkout.


How can I contact you if I have a question about your products?

For general enquiries, email the team at hello@phantomchef.com Can I change or cancel my order? Please email the Phantom Chef team at info@phantomchef.com as quickly as possible. Unfortunately we cannot change or cancel orders once they have been shipped.


How will I know when you’ve dispatched my order?

You will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number when your order has been dispatched.


Do you ship worldwide? No.

We currently only ship to the US and Canada.


How do I track my delivery?

When you purchase products from Phantom Chef you will receive an email with a tracking number from USPS. Use this number to track your order and delivery status through the USPS website.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free anywhere in the US! For Canadian customers, shipping is calculated at checkout.


Are your pans safe for use in my oven?

The Phantom Chef Stainless Collection is safe to use in the oven up to 500 degrees fahrenheit. Pans from the Grove Collection are safe for use in the oven up to 250 degrees fahrenheit. Pans from the Midnight Collection are not safe for oven use.


Can I use my Phantom Chef pans on all types of cooktops?

Absolutely! Phantom Chef pans are safe to use on Gas, Induction, Electric, Halogen and Ceramic stovetops!


What’s the best way to take care of my pans?

To extend the life of your Phantom Chef pans we recommend you hand wash them with soap and a gentle sponge. If you want to pop them in the dishwasher for fuss free clean up, that’s fine too!


Where are your products made?

Phantom Chef cookware is produced in China.


I want a lid for my pan! Do you sell them separately?

Unfortunately, we do not currently stock separate lids for pans.


Do I need to season my pans before I use them?

Nope! Just give them a light hand wash and they’re good to go!


Do I need to use oil while cooking?

Oil isn’t necessary as all of our pans come with a non-stick ceramic coating. However, if you prefer to add a little oil to your food that’s totally fine too!


Are your products free of harmful chemicals?

Non-toxic cookware is very important to us. We ensure all of our products are PFOA and PFTE free!
