Ingredients
- 1 cup of oats
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- dash of vanilla extract
- blueberries
Directions
- create flax egg by mixing 1 tbsp of ground flax with 3 tbsp of water. Set aside to thicken
- blend oats into flour
- mix together dry ingredients in a medium bowl
- mash the banana and add all of the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until well combined
- add in the flax egg and blueberries and mix until batter forms
- heat nonstick pan on medium heat
- spoon batter onto thespian and wait for bubbles to form. Once the bubbles appear, flip the cake and cook for roughly 2 mins on each side
- enjoy!
